Since there was no website that met all the requirements it was decided to develop a new website. It contains information about the education programs and allows people to contact Zadkine if they are interested or have any questions.
The site runs completely on WordPress and is therefor open source. Also linking a free version of “ActiveCollab” so that students don’t have to go to different places on the internet to find there latest class schedules or homework assignments.

Because students need to be able to do online homework assignments or collaborate on projects together. We created the possibility to do all this in a protected environment that can only be accessed if you have a account. Students can also look into class schedules and find contact information of teachers.
Each student has his own profile he/she can edit. For the teacher it is possible to see who finished homework or projects and who has not. Also background information can be kept per student for teachers to look up.
E-mail Newsletter
Design / LemoMailing
The newsletter is intended for students, teachers and others who are related to the school in any way. They are all kept informed true this e-mail template of the latest news.
The layout is linked to the website so that every month it creates from the last 10 news items on the website a newsletter and sends it out without the help of anyone.
